Half amazing, half disappointing

The staff were friendly and efficient! I enjoyed the well-designed room and fantastic breakfast with diverse options, including tasty Japanese dishes.

The room was noisy from outside traffic! The elevators were unsatisfactorily small, and parking was inconvenient and costly.

I loved the spacious and well-furnished room with a super comfy bed. The shower was amazing, and the location made it easy to walk into the city. The staff were helpful at check-in and provided great breakfast options.

Rave about the glazed cakes at breakfast. they were pure bliss! The hotel vibes were on point, with beautiful decor and comfortable bedding. Totally vibed with the waterfall shower too!

The city noise was a cheeky annoyance. the sound insulation didn’t quite do the trick!

Had a great time with friends! The hotel vibe was nice, and we easily walked to the Queen Street Mall and Treasury Casino. Room service was super easy, and we enjoyed the comfortable beds. There are also awesome mountain biking trails nearby which we loved exploring with the group.

While our stay was mostly good, the parking situation was tricky and we weren’t made aware of the charges upon arrival, so plan accordingly.

The bathroom layout left much to be desired, lacking privacy with an open sink and minimal separation from the room, which made drying off after a shower quite awkward. The gym had a dusty vibe, and breakfast service felt stretched thin due to staffing issues, which sometimes resulted in a wait for coffee and table service. the parking situation was a hassle, with no on-site options—paid parking was nearby but navigating one-way streets was a time-consuming task.

I loved how easy it was to stroll over to Roma Street Parkland for a relaxing afternoon and then enjoy a delicious meal at Frankie & George just a hop away from the hotel, making my stay a truly enjoyable one.
